Put 7-zip's "7z.exe" and "7z.dll" in the "tools" directory

Build the Aerofoil.sln project in release mode in Visual Studio

Open a command prompt with administrator privileges

Change the directory to the AerofoilAndroid directory

Run make_symlinks.bat
